I have been following the Olympics each night, something about seeing the world best athletes performing is humbling and awe inspiring.

This year is extra special as my friend Loree Smith made the Olympic team and went to Beijing around the same time we moved from Eugene here to Hawaii.

I was reading her personal blog and was touched remembering how amazing she is as a person as well as an athlete.
